Wow. Where do the days go? I kayaked for the last time for a while last night and I just hope I don’t loose all the skills I’ve learnt whilst I’m away. I was really enjoying going away on the weekend trips especially the one where we went kayaking without kayaks. Now that was a weekend to remember and we have it on film too! Who knows? We might go kayaking overseas but since I’m halfway through a white water safety course, I don’t think I’ll be able to relax unless we’re going with a very safety conscious tour group.
Ben and I would also like to go scuba diving too but we will see.
Anyways, what still needs to be done.
Next Monday I’ll be ringing Virgin (my credit card supplier), STA Travel and Telstra, tomorrow I have my massage. I’m gonna make some business cards with my name and email for people we meet on the run and I still have to connect my bigpond email account to my gmail one. Besides all that (which isn’t that much when you think about it) we’re ready to fly away and hopefully survive 5 months in a place we’ve never been before with people who speak a different language (or dialect). I can’t wait!
