14 Days to Go!!!!

Less than 2 weeks now! We leave on the Wednesday at 2:35 pm and arrive in London at around 5:30 am (eep!) and it’s a direct flight!

Our route is beyond crazy. I’ve tried explaining it to Ben but he just looks at me blankly and I can hear the whoosh as it goes over his head. I’m even confused! So here it is!

We fly into London and spend 3 weeks touring round the UK, to Dublin, Inverness, Edinburgh and heaps and heaps of cool and very exciting places (including Stonehenge, Avebury and Loch Ness (with its Monster!)) before flying out from London to Athens where we will spend 3 weeks Island hopping round Greece before catching a ferry across to Italy and spending about 3 weeks there eating great food and meeting even greater people and then we catch a bus up into Switzerland, Austria and Germany before edging our way along the bottom of France and into Spain in time for the Running with the Bulls in the beginning of July and then we’ll head up the west coast of France into Belgium and the Netherlands (Amsterdam yay!) and then into Germany to see the Berlin Wall (or what’s left of it) and other historically significant sites before bouncing through the Czech Republic into Austria and back into Italy where we will fly from Rome (where I think we’ll celebrate Ben’s 21st) to Madrid and catch a bus to Valencia where we will take part in the Biggest Ever Food Fight at the end of August(The Tomato Throwing Festival!) and then racing back up the coast of France and into the UK where we will fly out of London on September the 2nd! And breathe.

I think that’s it. Probably will change when we meet new people, find a place we really like or miss a train/flight but hey, I think we’ll need a holiday after our adventure!
